Architecture house in an idyllic panoramic location in Umbria, Perugia.
The house (energy efficiency class A + Gold) provides a high level of living comfort and many architectural details. In particular, the opening of the living space to the outdoors and the panorama was realized through a complete glass front, which guarantees fabulous views day and night. Inside, much emphasis was placed on open plan living areas that flow into each other to give a feeling of spaciousness.
The certified passive house is supplied via a heat pump(air-air), with connection to a solar system and 4 KW FV panels. A controlled ventilation system regulates the humidity, heating or cooling via wall panels and a sun-controlled external shading also helps to regulate the room temperature.
Due to the sophisticated building technology and the fact that this house was built in timber frame construction, using only certified and re-renewable materials, an extremely healthy environment has been created for its residents as well as to preserve the structure itself.
The green roof also gives the environment a pleasant microclimate and protects the house from overheating. A roof terrace has been prepared with to die for views.
The fenced garden has a rich vegetation with aged olive trees, fruit trees (almond, cherry, apricots and figs), a wooded area with pine trees and lavender, broom, rosemary, jasmine, roses, lawns and a vegetable garden.
Despite its tranquil and idyllic panoramic location, the property is not remote, can be reached via an asphalt road and has a very good connection to any infrastructure. The historic centre of Perugia is only 7 km away and easily reached in about 10 minutes. But many other medieval towns such as Assisi, Montefalco, Trevi, Spello and Todi, as well as the airport of Perugia are within easy reach.
