The towns of Amelia and Narni are approx, 10 km away and have all amenities (bars, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, post office, hospital…) The provincial capital of Terni, a city of 150,000, is some 20 minutes by car.

The centre of Rome can be reached in one hour by train or car, and it only takes you 1,5 hour to reach its international airports. It’s short drive to historic Umbrian hill towns including Orvieto, Perugia, Spoleto and Todi.

Accommodation

On the ground floor you find a large, fully fitted, eat-in kitchen with fireplace, an enormous living room with a second fireplace, where the old manger has been transformed into a comfortable bench. The living room gives you access to the winter garden as well as the covered terrace with views of Amelia. Furthermore there is a laundry/storage room which could be turned into another bedroom and a large lavatory, which could become a full bathroom.
