Your personal data may be communicated to our special  technicians appointed to carry out verifications about your person by the land registry as well as  by any other public institution. The data collected can be communicated to other trusted agencies just in order to satisfy your request;

5.	Moreover, solely for the above mentioned aims, and with regards to the specific relationship between you and our agency, these data will be known just by our staff and some external members appointed to the processing;

6.	In accordance with the art. 7 of the above mentioned D.Lgs you are always authorized to be informed about the status of your personal data: you (or a delegate person) can  apply anytime  to the holder of data processing; furthermore you have the right to obtain  updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;  erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully. In order to obtain an integration of your data you must have a precise interest. You can object to the processing of personal data, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for the performance of market or commercial surveys. In any other case the objection requires a rightful reason.
