This delightful country house is nestled prettily and very quietly near the beautiful village of San Severo, only 12 km from the famous Umbrian wine-making town of Orvieto. The house is currently being renovated maintaining its architectonic characteristics and preserving its original materials, integrating them with modern solutions.

The whole property encompasses 2.4 hectares with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. In addition to the cluster of old trees, a few fruit trees and some grapevines, most of the property is surrounded by meadows.
