PROPERTY INFORMATION

This traditional stone house is situated in a beautiful hillside position close to the quaint village of Collelungo.

The approx 2.7 ha of land belonging to the property contain some 300 walnut trees, a small olive grove (approx. 15 trees) and various fruit trees. Water is provided by an abundant private well.

The house is situated at approx 3.5 kms from Marsciano, which offers all amenities from restaurants and bars over supermarkets, banks, post office and hospital.

There is planning permission for a guest house of approx. 90 m². This volume could alternatively be used to enlarge the main house.

It is also possible to buy only the main house with a part of the land.
