The house is a typical local town house which has undergone several developments during its history. The house has been built on Roman foundations and the most ancient visible part dates back to the Middle Ages, which is shown by the pointed arch at the entrance made of local Assisi granite.

Inside the house features beautiful arches, vaulted ceilings, impressive wood beams and stone walls.
The house has been restored to a builder’s finish and the renovation project provides for the preservation of its original characteristics, conserving materials and architectonic details and at the same time integrating modern features and functionality.

The house is built on 3 floors with an overall surface of approx. 180 m². The entrance is situated on the middle floor and gives access to the day area with an open space living room and kitchen separated by a beautiful 15th century archway.
