This delightful village house is situated in the most pretty little village in the countryside between Marsciano and Orvieto.

The traditional stone house has been carefully restored some 10 years ago preserving original details such as beamed ceilings and terracotta floors.

The house is built on 3 floors and you enter the house on the middle floor. A small hallway gives access to a comfortable reception room with wood burning stove and an adjacent study/bedroom. From the hallway you can also reach the cloakroom with toilet, washbasin and washing machine.

A beautiful old staircase leads to the second floor with 2 double bedrooms and a newly refurbished shower room with washbasin, bidet, toilet and shower.

Back in the reception room another staircase leads down to the ground floor, to the lovely, fully fitted eat-in kitchen. The kitchen gives access to a huge terrace where you can enjoy an evening drink, a late breakfast or a plate of pasta… with the most wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.

All furniture and contents are available by negotiation.

The village is set in beautiful countryside and gives an opportunity to sample traditional Umbrian life. It has a popular restaurant serving traditional Umbrian food. The village is only 5 minutes from the small town of San Venanzo where you can find all amenities including a picturesque open air swimming pool.

The 4 day medieval festival begins on August 5th. This is lovely spectacle with food/music and the Medieval procession. The village is decorated and people come from all around to join the festa.
