Overview
Tucked away in the south-western corner of Umbria, lies Villa dei Ciliegi, an extraordinary county home from a bygone era. Its vast park-like grounds offer the villa a complete sense of privacy for the holiday-maker and yet its vicinity to Oriveto and Lake Bolsena make it a perfect location from which to explore this beautiful part of Umbria.
The property is divided into a main villa with six bedrooms and six en-suite bathrooms and a charming self-contained annexe on two floors with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchenette. Both the villa and the annexe have been beautifully decorated and afford a very high level of comfort, testament to the owner’s exquisite taste and sense of country chic. There are many outdoor areas that can be enjoyed on the property, as well as a very inviting swimming pool surrounded by a beautifully manicured garden.
The reason we have called this property Villa dei Ciliegi is because it boasts a clump of cherry trees that show its full pink bloom in Spring – quite a sight to behold!
Your stay at Villa dei Ciliegi shall be richly rewarded as you step back in time to an abode of style, charm as well as peace and quiet and yet within car distance of all the major sites of Umbria, southern Tuscany and northern Lazio.

Payment Conditions:
Deposit: 30% upon booking (non-refundable), full balance 60 days before arrival
Security deposit: €700 payable upon arrival in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you 7 days after your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.
Changeover day:
Saturdays - arrival from 16:00 and departure at the latest 10:00.
