Overview
Casa Pellegrino is one of those stupendous villas that everyone dreams of owing: a very high level of comfort in a peaceful relaxed setting. The 17th century restored farmhouse has that lovely “away from it all” feeling, and yet, within a short driving distance, you can reach all of the important towns and villages of Umbria, in particular the famous hill-top town of Todi which is only 12 km away. The owners live a short distance away and are happy to help with any extra services/requests. If relaxation is top of your list, then this is the perfect holiday spot for you!

  • Bedroom 3: Twin beds (can be joined to make a double bed)
  • Bathroom 2: A large bathroom shared by bedrooms 2 and 3

Lower Floor: (The lower floor is reached by an unguarded staircase which could be hazardous for the elderly and very young children)

  • Kitchen: Large well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, microwave, etc.) with a huge marble table seating 10, opening onto a terrace
  • Dining-room: very spacious with long antique table seating 12, opening onto a vine-covered terrace with views of Todi
  • Bedroom 4: Queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with hydro-massage tub and a large purpose-built tiled shower stall. French doors open onto a terrace with the garden beyond
  • Bedroom 5: Twin beds (can be joined to make a double bed)
  • Bathroom 3: With shower, sink, bidet and WC. The washing machine is located in this bathroom
  • All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens and all bedrooms have ceiling fans

Payment Conditions:
Deposit: 30% upon booking (non-refundable), full balance 60 days before arrival
Security deposit: €200 payable upon arrival in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you 7 days after your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.
 
 
Changeover day:
Saturdays - arrival from 16:00 and departure at the latest 10:00.

This is a non-smoking house.
No pets allowed.
Guests are required to give a photocopy of their passport to the local manager/house owner when they arrive at the property.
