This lovely apartment is nestled in the historical medieval village of San Terenziano, on one of Umbria’s many panoramic hills. It has been tastefully restored and is spread over two floors (first floor and attic) with a cosy terrace on the roof allowing views of the surrounding countryside. The building dates back to the fourteenth century and has maintained many of the original features such as wooden beams, vaulted ceilings, floor tiles, stone fireplace, etc. The village boasts all modern amenities such as a bar, restaurant, pizzeria, supermarket, pharmacy, bank and much more. There are riding stables and a swimming pool nearby.

Payment Conditions:
Deposit: 30% upon booking, full balance 60 days before arrival
Security deposit: €250 payable upon arrival in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.
Changeover day:
Saturdays - arrival from 16:00 and departure at the latest 10:00.

Guests are required to give a photocopy of their passport to the local manager/house owner when they arrive at the property.
