This impressive former medieval tower is situated in an commanding position with wonderful views of Todi and the surrounding countryside.
During the renovation a lot of attention was paid not only to the preservation of the original character of the property but also to the modern living comfort. The same attention was dedicated to the 2,5 ha of fenced land with age old trees and beautiful park.

You enter the approx. 600 m² main house on the ground floor, from where the entrance room leads to an ample bright reception room, with open gallery and a majestic staircase to the first floor. The famous medieval hill town of Todi (approx. 7km away by road) with its attractive historical centre, stunning piazza and breathtaking views draws weekend visitors from Rome and it is a good spot for an evening stroll and ice cream.
The property is furthermore situated at an easy drive from Rome, Pisa, Perugia or Orvieto with its beautiful mosaic fronted cathedral, cobbled streets, good restaurants and lively market.
