Amidst the rolling hills of the Northern Marche region lies this beautifully restored former farmhouse enjoying panoramic views of a quiet little valley.
The property consists of two buildings set within approximately 3800 m² of land. The main house is a recently (2005) refurbished former farmhouse, partly built in traditional pink stone of the local Furlo valley.
The smaller house, La Capanna, is a former barn building which has completely been rebuilt to very high standards.
Both houses benefit from an under floor/in-wall central heating system, taking advantage of the combined use of solar, wood and gas energies. During the sunny parts of the year, all domestic hot water is being provided by solar energy alone, completely free of charge!

The landscaped gardens, contain various flower pots and beds, fruit and olive trees. Al fresco dining is possible under the lovely gazebo.

The property is ideally is situated at only 30 minutes by car from the Adriatic coast, Urbino and the Appennine Hills.
It lies within easy reach of Ancona, Rimini and Bologna-Forli airports, which provide daily flights to numerous international destinations including UK. Fano train-station can be reached within 25 minutes.
Nearest grocer’s, pharmacy, bank and postal services can be found in the village of Montefelcino (4 km), excellent shopping, bars and ice-cream-parlours at Fossombrone (10 km) as well as along the famous Roman Flaminia Road all the way to the coast. Local wine and olive oil producers live only 2 km away.
