PROPERTY INFORMATION

Casa Camilla is a cosy, welcoming house, panoramically positioned in the lovely countryside between Todi and Perugia.

The restoration works of the approx. 165 m² house have been completed in 2008, using solely first class materials: hand-made terra cotta floors, parquet floors treated with natural essences, ceilings with beams and cotto tiles, double glazed tilt-turn windows with fly screens, ventilated roof... The rain water is collected in two large water cisterns.

The house is built on two levels with on the ground floor an ample living room with open fire and large kitchen corner, and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom. From the living room you access the "serra solare" or "winter garden" with sliding windows, creating a lovely covered terrace during summer time and a comfortable sunroom in winter.

On the second floor you find a large bedroom with panoramic windows and its own bathroom with shower and bathtub. Outside of the bedroom there is a charming gallery, actually used as library.
There is also a small independent apartment which can be accessed from the inside but also has a private access from the outside. It comprises a double bedroom, living room with kitchen corner and large bathroom.

The area around the house is paved and offers a terrace with pergola and a large panoramic terrace with summer kitchen with barbecue. Surrounding the house is a 1500 m² fenced garden with olive trees, fruit trees, roses, herbs, shrubs… equipped with irrigation system.
Under the terrace is a technical room and storage room.
There is a large parking area with carport.
Completing the property are 1 ha of olive grove and 1 ha of woodland.
