This charming farmhouse, designed by a renowned Italian architect, is situated in the rolling hills of the Sabina, on the border with Umbria.

The red plastered house, typical for this region, is immersed in the green of an olive grove and set in a stunning location at only 2 km from the medieval village. The house has been built using traditional methods typical of the region. These include chestnut beams, terracotta roof tiles, earth-coloured limestone rendering, an antique fireplace, chestnut doors and windows, terracotta floor tiles and much more.
The ground floor is composed of a reception room with fireplace, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen, study, laundry, bathroom, technical room and storage room (which could be converted into a bedroom). An internal staircase leads to the first floor composed of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a master en-suite bedroom with walk-in closed and direct access to the terrace.

To the property belongs an olive grove of ca. 4 ha.

Not only does the property’s location offer a beautiful view across the unspoiled countryside of Sabina, but it also allows a journey time of just 45 minutes (either by car or by train) to the outskirts of Rome thanks to excellent road connections. Rome’s airports Ciampino and Fiumicino are 77 km and 91 km away.
Local areas are also worth a visit and are well-connected.
