Casale La Torretta is a superbly finished stone house set in approx. 3000 m² of fenced land, with fabulous views of the medieval town of Todi and the Tiber Valley.

The house (approx. 180 m²) was built in 2002, in the traditional Umbrian country style, integrating modern technologies thus creating a comfortable home which can be lived in all year round.
Bright rooms give the house a lot of character and charm and the day area is even more enlarged by a huge covered terrace (Portico) with access to a swimming pool with exceptional position. The portico and terraces run the entire front of the front of the house and the whole west side, offering plenty of shaded spots from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views in Umbria. The irrigated garden around the house and pool area is well sculpted and planted with plenty of flowering plants and herbs and some olive trees, providing sufficient oil for own consumption.

The day area is divided in a living room with wood-burning stove and an fully fitted eat-in kitchen, both of which with access to the covered terrace. There is furthermore a reception room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pantry. In the little tower you can find a third bedroom with shower room.
Completing the property are a carport for 2 cars, a garden shed, a pizza oven and a technical room

The location of Casale La Torretta is superb: in a peaceful, yet not isolated, position, and only 1,5 km away from the nearest village with some shopping facilities and an excellent restaurant. Todi is about 8 km away and has all amenities. Several charming locations such as Montefalco, Spoleto, Perugia, Assisi, … are within easy reach. Perugia’s airport with regular flights to London Stansted and Brussels South can be reached in some 35 minutes.
